The brainchild of Richard Jones and Dennis Connelly, both of Eatontown, along with Richard’s daughter, Jackie Jones, as Executive Chef, CJ Montana’s features lunch and dinner seven days a week.  A separate dinning room from the pub allows guests to engage in an intimate setting and live entertainment keeps the pub alive and full of fun for all.

From Prime Rib slow cooked in a special oven to Certified Angus Beef Steakburgers, replacing the regular style hamburgers, there are dining pleasures for just about everyone.  Jackie Jones, Executive Chef, alumni from Red Bank Catholic High School, with a B.S. from Florida International University in Hospitality Management, guests can be assured of not only top rate service but an atmosphere that pleases the most discriminating tastes.
